FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Postage Costs and where do you post to?
We currently only offer postage to the UK and Ireland.
All items are sent signed for by royal mail, and costs depend on the amount of items and which service you choose; 1st class, 2nd class or next day delivery.
please be aware when choosing next day delivery this must have been discussed previously, as our turnover time is between 3-5 days for bows and 2-3 weeks for clothing.
We dispatch items Monday-Friday ONLY.
POSTAGE IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER £60.
How long will my item take to arrive?
Clothing items (unless stated that they are pre-made) are dispatched within 2-3 weeks, as all items are made to order and are handmade.
Bows and surprise boxes of bows are dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Postage generally takes 2-4 working days within the UK, and up to a week for Ireland.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes! Please contact us before purchasing though.
Our payment plans are fully flexible to you, meaning you can pay any amount either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
If you wish to purchase items within the payment plan, all you need is a PayPal email, a list of the items you'd like to purchase and upon ordering we require a 10% non refundable deposit, this is deducted for the final amount. Once all the balance is paid we will dispatch the items within 7 days.
Do you make custom items?
Yes, please contact us with any queries and we will try our best to help with what you would like.
Unfortunately due to most items being made to order we do not accept refunds unless otherwise discussed, or the item is damaged/faulty. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will try our best to help.
For faulty/damaged items, items must be returned to us and we will issue a full refund including postage, or we can offer an exchange.
We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
