Postage Costs and where do you post to?

We currently only offer postage to the UK and Ireland. 

All items are sent signed for by royal mail, and costs depend on the amount of items and which service you choose; 1st class, 2nd class or next day delivery. 

please be aware when choosing next day delivery this must have been discussed previously, as our turnover time is between 3-5 days for bows and 2-3 weeks for clothing. 

We dispatch items Monday-Friday ONLY.

POSTAGE IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER £60.

How long will my item take to arrive?

​

Clothing items (unless stated that they are pre-made) are dispatched within 2-3 weeks, as all items are made to order and are handmade. 

Bows and surprise boxes of bows are dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

Postage generally takes 2-4 working days within the UK, and up to a week for Ireland.

 

What way can I Pay ?

On all orders we accept Paypal and card payments through "Stripe."

 We offer clearpay & klarna payments on all order through the website. Usual dispatch times still apply on these orders

Yes, please contact us with any queries and we will try our best to help with what you would like.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to most items being made to order and personalised we do not accept refunds unless otherwise discussed, or the item is damaged/faulty. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will try our best to help.

For faulty/damaged items, items must be returned to us and we will issue a full refund including postage, or we can offer an exchange.
